Now, if you know me, you know I’m not exactly a DIY enthusiast. My strengths are in communication and creativity, not wielding a paintbrush. But with this letter in hand, I realized it was time to take action.
After putting it off for months, I decided to make the best of the situation. I headed to Home Depot, list in hand. I knew I'd need a few essentials: paint, brushes, a roller, a paint tray, and a drop cloth. As I navigated the aisles, I felt out of my element.
