Ryan holds a B.A. in English from The Catholic University of America and an M.A. in Education from LaSalle University. He’s served in nonprofits, schools, businesses and has raised millions in philanthropic support, and now runs Oakridge Leaders, a consulting firm dedicated to elevating authentic voices.

He’s also a passionate traveler, a sports fanatic, and a lover of storytelling in all its forms. From Philadelphia to Cabo, from ice hockey rinks to boardrooms, Ryan draws from a rich tapestry of experiences to inform his talks.
